2001 – 2009

The octava gallery project started in 2001, when I opened a small exhibition space for contemporary art in Kristianstad, Sweden (some samples of the exhibition program below).

My great interest in artistic processes resulted in a gradual change of the program, which over the years became increasingly experimental with a focus on interactive art and projects for change and development.

For this reason I started the Art Lab around 2004, as a versatile tool for my own low-budget artistic investigations. Over time, the Art Lab gradually evolved into Plan3, a collaborative platform for R&D and interactive art production.
The last of the more than 40 octava gallery exhibitions I curated over the years closed in September 2009.
